For parcel-ready items, return costs depend on the chosen shipping service provider and the respective country of dispatch.

For items that are not parcel-ready and need to be collected by a freight forwarder, return costs are expected to be between €99 and a maximum of €599, depending on the item, size, weight, and country of delivery.

Collection will be from the curb. The freight forwarder will inform you about the collection date in advance via email or phone.

Please handle the goods carefully during the withdrawal period and only inspect them to the extent that would be possible in a retail store.

In the event of damage, soiling, or signs of use that go beyond the inspection of the goods' condition, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for lost value.

If the goods are no longer in a resalable condition due to improper use, damage, or excessive use, this may lead to a corresponding reduction or, in individual cases, to a complete loss of your right to a refund.

If possible, please keep the original packaging for a safe return. We also recommend that you keep the proof of postage and tracking information until the return process is complete.
